With our chocolate we are trying to put quality first with every step of the chocolate making process. And also should be transparent with our process, so consumers can be educated about how our chocolate is made. We believe that chocolate should be considered a fine food like wine, so with this in mind many of our bars are single origin using unique flavored cacao, so customers can experience the different flavors of chocolate that tie into steps of the chocolate making process, will having an understanding of the country and culture when the cacao is grown.
