Our imported cheese comes from Italy and we have our own import license and we purchase directly from the manufacturers in Italy. We are custom blenders of cheese and have our own lines of imported grated, shredded, and shaved cheeses. We have a high concentration in food safety including SQF, Kosher supervision, gluten free supervision, and have an organic product
