The premium lamb charcuterie brand continues growth across the Midwest, with additional Southeast and West Coast expansion planned for 2026

Aussie Select, the first fully cooked lamb charcuterie line in the United States, continues its rapid retail expansion with a new launch into 17 Cosentino’s Price Chopper and Cosentino’s Market stores across Missouri and Kansas.
The expansion follows the brand’s successful launch at Wegmans and comes amid growing retailer interest in premium proteins, globally inspired flavors and differentiated charcuterie offerings that extend beyond traditional pork assortments.
Aussie Select products are crafted from pasture-raised Australian lamb and made in the USA. The line includes fully cooked, ready-to-serve sliced lamb charcuterie designed for sandwiches, grazing boards, entertaining and discovery-driven eating occasions. Current retail flavors include Lamb Pastrami, Agave Rosemary and Tikka Masala.
The Cosentino’s launch represents another milestone in the brand’s broader national growth strategy, with additional Midwest expansion underway with Hy-Vee (June 2026) and other upcoming launches planned with additional regional retailers across the Southeast and Western United States throughout 2026.
