BEEST Snacks Debuts the World's First Charcuterie Trail Mix and Crunchy Jerky Chips at Summer Fancy Food Show

Austin's fast-growing real-food protein brand arrives in the Northeast at Booth 4309B, fresh off a KeHE Trend Finder Golden Ticket win

NEW YORK, NY (June 2026) - BEEST Snacks makes the kind of snacks that, once people try them, they swear should have always existed. The reactions say it best: “oh, it’s actually crunchy!” and “finally, a trail mix without raisins!” The Austin maker of real-food, high-protein snacks debuts at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show, June 28 to 30 at the Javits Center, Booth 4309B, bringing its line to the Northeast for the first time.

BEEST plays in two categories at once, with 46 to 52g of protein per bag across the line, zero sugar, and a handful of main ingredients. Its Jerky Chips snap like a chip instead of turning chewy, with a dip-in-guac level crunch. The Pork is “the chicharrón you can have every day,” 46g of protein and just 4g of fat. And the Charcuterie Trail Mix is the world’s first of its kind: a charcuterie board in a bag, pork jerky chips with parmesan crisps and roasted almonds, 52g of protein and no added sugar. As the founders like to say, their weirdest ingredient is paprika.

The brand arrives with real momentum, and real speed. BEEST launched these products in January, was named a KeHE Trend Finder Golden Ticket winner months later, and earned a spot among RangeMe’s Top 50. That pace is fast enough to raise the obvious question about capacity and quality control, but the team behind it has built and scaled a food brand before. BEEST went from a home kitchen, to its own line, to a supply chain built to meet national demand. That foundation is what brings BEEST to Northeast buyers now.

“We built BEEST because the snacks we wanted did not exist,” said Lucas Prado, co-founder of BEEST Snacks. “Coming to the Northeast with KeHE behind us is the next step, and we are built for it.”

Founded by Lucas Prado and Nicole Ruiz, a couple and both industrial engineers, BEEST grew out of a personal problem: the lack of healthy, real-food alternatives to chips. The company is Go Texan, BRCGS Grade A+, USDA Inspected, patent-pending, and Gluten Free.

Buyers and media can book a tasting at Booth 4309B to sample the full line and discuss Northeast distribution. Reach the team at [email protected], and explore the line at beestsnacks.com.
