Asiago & Romano Crumbles with two Flavored Marinades
(Green Bay, Wis.) – BelGioioso Cheese, leader in the Specialty Cheese category, announces the launch of its new Marinated Crumbles cups, debuting at retail in July 2026.
Crafted with crumbled BelGioioso Asiago and Romano cheeses, the new offering is packaged in 10 oz. cups and is available in two different marinade options: Chili Peppers & Garlic and Basil & Garlic.
Marinated Crumbles combine aged Italian cheeses with bold marinades to create a flavor-forward ingredient designed for a wide range of everyday uses. Ideal for pasta, salads, pizzas, crostini and charcuterie boards, they deliver authentic Italian flavor in a convenient, ready-to-use format.

- Fresh Asiago with Calabrian Chili Peppers – Available in 8 oz. retail wedges, 5 oz. shredded retail cups, 5 lb. shredded foodservice bags and 6 lb. loaves. A soft, creamy Asiago with a bold, spicy finish.

- Fresh Mozzarella Twin Pack – Two 8 oz. sliced logs in one package, ideal for entertaining and family meals.
- BelGioioso Hispanic Selection – Shredded Quesadilla, Shredded Oaxaca and Grated Cotija are now available in additional retail and foodservice formats.
- Polly-O Oaxaca String Cheese (10 oz.) – A new dairy case offering that brings the authentic taste of Oaxaca cheese to a convenient grab-and-go snack.
