The contract was formally executed by Chief Executive Officer Teneisha Bell-Thompson and Office of State Procurement Officer Tierra Ali-Said. The statewide master contract establishes a purchasing channel for eligible entities to order the company’s premium miniature cookies.
Bell’s Reines is scheduled to fulfill its first purchase order under the contract on November 2, 2026, supplying gourmet miniature cookie snack packs for attendees at the 11th Annual Governor’s Event on November 9, 2026.
