Vitória, ES – BR, June 24, 2026 -- For the fourth consecutive year, Buaiz Alimentos – one of the most traditional food companies in Brazil – participates in the Summer Fancy Food Show, integrating the official pavilion of Brazil coordinated by ApexBrasil.  The company will bring to the event the innovative and diversified Regina Cake Mixes, with recipe for air fryer, and its Numero Um Coffee portfolio, with emphasis on the specialty coffees of the Sentidos line.

Among the products that will be presented by Buaiz Alimentos at the Summer Fancy Food Show is the Regina Cake Mixes line, which serves the consumer who seeks practicality, versatility and flavor, including specific preparations for air fryer. The highlight is the Regina Brownie for air fryer, which with few ingredients and simple preparation results in a brownie with a moist center and crispy shell, ideal for both foodservice channels and for domestic consumption.

Regina cake mixes are easy to prepare, have excellent yield and are available in a wide variety of flavors, providing practicality and versatility. With a single mix and few additional ingredients, it is possible to prepare several recipes, from traditional cakes to different desserts and snacks. In all, there are 17 flavors distributed in three lines: homemade, creamy and special recipe. For the professional audience, the Regina Profissional cake line has also been developed to ensure easy, fast preparation and consistent results in bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and industrial kitchens. 

In the coffee category, Buaiz Alimentos presents its complete portfolio to international buyers, highlighting Numero Um Sentidos Coffee. The Numero Um Sentidos line was developed with 100% Arabica beans grown in the Espírito Santo mountains. The state ranks second in overall coffee production in Brazil, being the largest national producer of Conilon coffee and the third of Arabica.

There are four products in the Sentidos line: Espresso Gourmet in beans and Gourmet, Montanhas Capixabas and Caparaó, all in the roasted and ground version, and with important certifications, such as the seal of the Brazilian Coffee Industry Association (ABIC), the 100% Capixaba seal, of Câmara de Alimentos e Bebidas da Federação das Indústrias do Espírito Santo (Findes), and the Eu Reciclo seal, reinforcing the company's commitment to quality, sustainability and environmental compensation of packaging. All coffees are produced with selected beans and roasted and ground with state-of-the-art technology, preserving aroma, flavor and traceability.

International expansion and new markets

Buaiz Alimentos has been intensifying its expansion project, advancing in new markets in Brazil and abroad. With Espírito Santo as its main market, the company expanded its operations in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Bahia and started a consistent movement to place its products in other regions of the country and on international shelves. The company's first export occurred in 2025 to Central America, representing an important milestone in this trajectory.

- Coffee Roasting and Grounding Plant [Numero Um Coffee] (TIMS – Serra/Espírito Santo/BR)

- It is an industry with 100% renewable energy operation. All units operate exclusively with clean energy sources. At the Numero Um Coffee unit, located in TIMS/Serra/Espírito Santo/BR, the company has a photovoltaic plant.
