Sourced from five countries (Turkey, Tanzania, Vietnam, India and Afghanistan), it’s built for texture as much as flavor: small pearl salt, whole seeds, granulated garlic, crescent caraway, wild mountain cumin and Zanzibar black pepper.
This new pantry staple adds a finishing touch to salads, roasted vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish, and other proteins. So we layered on our Pearl Salt, wind blown into small salt snowballs that gorgeously pop with every bite, and warm hints of two more special, crunchy seeds: Crescent Caraway and Wild Mountain Cumin. Those seeds, along with our Zanzibar Black Peppercorns and Pearl Salt, turn this from the traditional Everything blend to a seasoning you've never tasted before — nuttiness, crunch and zing, all perfectly punched up.”
