- Fig Balsamic Glaze combines the rich, sweet taste of fig juice with balsamic vinegar from Modena to bring tangy, fruity flavor to a range of dishes. Available in 8.4-fluid ounces, it can be brushed onto beef, pork and chicken or drizzled over cheese, salads, sandwiches, fruit and even ice cream.
