Yarmouth, ME (June 26, 2026) – Honest Bowl, a pioneer in Fairtrade-certified Asian foods, will showcase the first Fairtrade-certified Asian-inspired condiment line at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 28–30 in New York City. The brand was created through a partnership between Thai Culinary Arts Studio, home of Watcharee’s award-winning authentic Thai sauces, and Thailand-based KRS Spicy Food Company, a leading specialty food manufacturer. Honest Bowl’s Fairtrade Thai curry and Tom Yum pastes are currently sold through major U.S. retailers, including Hannaford, Giant Food, and Stop & Shop.
At this year’s Fancy Food Show, Honest Bowl will unveil a trio of new Asian-inspired condiments - Gochujang BBQ Sauce, Sriracha Mayo, and Thai Ginger Mayo. The additions broaden the brand’s portfolio beyond its established sauces and pastes, bringing globally inspired flavors into everyday meals and snacks.
