Honest Bowl Expands Retail Presence as Stop & Shop Adds Fairtrade Thai Pastes | Booth #5110

Yarmouth, ME (June 26, 2026) – As Honest Bowl® showcases its expanding portfolio of Fairtrade-certified Thai foods at the Summer Fancy Food Show, the company announced that Stop & Shop has added Honest Bowl's Red Curry Paste, Green Curry Paste, and Tom Yum Paste to stores across its network, further increasing consumer access to authentic Thai flavors sourced through Fairtrade farming partnerships in Thailand. Honest Bowl pastes are also sold at Hannaford and Giant Food.

The retailer expansion reflects growing interest in foods that combine culinary authenticity with responsible sourcing. Created through a partnership between Thai Culinary Arts Studio, founded by Thai culinary artist Watcharee Limanon, and KRS Spicy Food Company, Honest Bowl is recognized for offering the only portfolio of Fairtrade-certified Thai curry and soup pastes currently available in the U.S. market.

Made with traditional Thai herbs, spices, and aromatics, Honest Bowl's Red Curry Paste, Green Curry Paste, and Tom Yum Paste provide home cooks with an easy way to prepare authentic Thai dishes. Beyond flavor, the products support a supply chain designed to create lasting value for farming communities through fair compensation, sustainable agricultural practices, and long-term economic opportunity.

“Great flavor has always been our starting point,” said Watcharee Limanon, founder of Thai Culinary Arts Studio. “Our Fairtrade partnerships help support farming communities in Northern Thailand while providing access to the high-quality ingredients that are essential to authentic Thai cooking. The growing interest from retailers such as Stop & Shop reflects increasing consumer appreciation for products that deliver both exceptional taste and a meaningful connection to the people and communities behind them.”

The Stop & Shop expansion comes as Honest Bowl introduces new Fairtrade-certified Asian-inspired condiments at the Summer Fancy Food Show, including Gochujang BBQ Sauce, Sriracha Mayo, and Thai Ginger Mayo. Together, the launches reflect the brand's continued commitment to bringing innovative flavors to market while strengthening the agricultural communities that help make those products possible.

Attendees are invited to visit Honest Bowl at booth #5110 to sample the company's Fairtrade-certified curry pastes, explore its new line of Asian-inspired condiments, and learn more about the partnerships that support sustainable farming communities in Thailand.
