New York, NY (October 19, 2026) – Jamie's Farm, a maker of premium granola, has been named a finalist for the 2027 sofi™ Awards from the Specialty Food Association (SFA). Two of its granolas, Dark Chocolate Granola with Sea Salt and Maple Pecan Granola with Sea Salt, are finalists in the Cereals & Granola category. Jamie's Farm holds two of the category's three finalist spots.
The sofi™ Awards have run since 1972 and are among the most respected honors in specialty food. The name stands for “specialty outstanding food innovation.” A panel of top industry buyers judges every entry blind, scoring flavor, appearance, texture, aroma, ingredient quality and innovation. This year the judges reviewed more than 1,000 entries across 25 categories and named 75 Gold finalists.
“We’ve participated in the sofi™ awards since 2020. Having two of the three finalist spots in our category means a lot to our small team. We make every batch with ingredients we're proud of, and knowing that the panel picked our granola in a blind tasting tells us the care shows,” said Jamie Kim, founder of Jamie's Farm.
A win would be Jamie's Farm's fifth sofi™ award. The brand has won awards for its Vanilla Bean with Dried Cherries, Chai Streusel with Honey, and Rosemary with Currants Granolas.
SFA will announce the winners on Sunday, January 17, 2027, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Winter FancyFaire* in San Francisco, which runs January 17–19, 2027.
