New York City and Rochester, NY – (June 22, 2026) Junebar, a better-for-you snack bar company, is excited to announce its participation in the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show for the first time.
Junebar is rethinking the snack bar with baked, all-natural, high-fiber, gluten-free bars in three delicious flavors. Our craft bars are made exclusively with real food, like sweet potatoes, black beans, nut butters, and more. We use zero ultra-processed ingredients or additives. In fact, Junebars are so clean, they need to be refrigerated – you can’t leave real food out on the shelf!
“I used to get migraines after I ate,” said Keith McCullough, founder of Junebar. “Nothing seemed to help. Switching to a whole-food plant-based diet changed everything. I created Junebar to create a convenient, all-natural way to eat real food, get more fiber, and help everyone replace junky snacks with something better.”
“People are willing to eat healthier meals, but everyone struggles with snacking,“ Keith added. “I’m excited to introduce Junebar to the people at Fancy Food.”
George Poulios, a retail and consumer products expert with a background at Apple and Casper, and Junebar investor, will be supporting Junebar on the show floor:
“As an older athlete, I seek out better-for you brands. For me, there is nothing better than a hand-crafted, made-in-the-kitchen, right-to-the-consumer snack. Skipping all the processing. It’s a huge gap in the market. It’s simple snacking that can fit into most diets.”
Visitors to the Summer Fancy Food Show are invited to stop by the Junebar Booth 7022A in the River Pavilion Debut District with Cornell AgriTech to sample our bars and learn more about the company's better-for-you ingredients and philosophy.
Summer Fancy Foods takes place June 28–30th at the Javits Center in New York City. The show features thousands of food and beverage brands from across the globe.
