New Cattlemen's and Brushfire sticks bring Southeast Georgia meat to an everyday, portable snack.
METTER, Ga. — Marbled Duck Ranch Provisions, the retail line of Marbled Duck Ranch, has launched its first meat sticks, expanding its selection of beef, pork, lamb and handcrafted sausage into a shelf-stable snack designed for everyday use.
The sticks come in two flavors: Cattlemen's, a mild classic, and Brushfire, a sweet-heat blend. Each is offered in all-beef and beef-and-lamb, priced between $11 and $13 for a 6-ounce pack.
All lamb in the line is raised in Southeast Georgia, never imported. Marbled Duck Ranch Provisions raises much of its own livestock and sources the rest from trusted regional ranchers, then processes everything at its USDA-inspected facility in Millen, Ga.
"We didn't set out to make a meat stick. We set out to build a place where you could trust every step of where your food comes from. This is just the most portable proof of that," said Becca Creasy, CEO of Marbled Duck Ranch Provisions.
The launch is a milestone for the first-generation ranch, which has grown from raising livestock into an operation that processes and sells its own meat.
The sticks are available now at marbledduckranchprovisions.com or at Forysth Farmer’s Market every Saturday. They join a selection of beef, pork, American lamb, and handcrafted sausage, all rooted in traceability, responsible sourcing, and a direct connection to the people and places behind the food.
