MIAMI, FL — June 15, 2026 — Milan Truffle, a Miami-based importer of Italian extra virgin olive oil and specialty foods, has added Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP to its collection of Italian finishing ingredients.
Produced in Italy from cooked grape must and wine vinegar, the balsamic is certified under the European Union’s Indicazione Geografica Protetta (IGP) system, which ties the product to its region of origin and method of production. It carries a density of 1.36, an acidity of 6%, is kosher certified, and is bottled in a 250 ml format.
The balsamic joins Milan Truffle’s portfolio of Italian extra virgin olive oils, truffle-infused extra virgin olive oils, fresh seasonal truffles, and Italian pantry ingredients — all sourced in Italy and shipped throughout the United States and Canada.
