NOMARO APERITIVO MAKES ITS OFFICIAL MARKET DEBUT AT THE 2026 SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW

NOMARO APERITIVO MAKES ITS OFFICIAL MARKET DEBUT AT THE 2026 SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW

Chef-Crafted Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo Launches at Booth 7106B

NEW YORK, NY, JUNE 25, 2026, NOMARO Aperitivo (drinknomaro.com), a non-alcoholic aperitivo rooted in bitterness, botanicals, and culinary balance, today makes its official market debut at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show, presented by the Specialty Food Association at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. NOMARO Aperitivo will be exhibiting at Booth 7106B, June 28-30, 2026, marking the brand's public launch and first major trade appearance. On-site tastings will be available throughout the show, with the NOMARO Aperitivo team and Founder Joshua Small on hand to meet with mixologists, beverage directors, buyers, and discerning consumers.

The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food and beverage trade event in North America, drawing thousands of buyers, distributors, press, and industry professionals from around the world. For NOMARO Aperitivo, the show represents a formal introduction to the trade, an opportunity to put its product directly in the hands of the professionals and consumers who set the standard for what belongs behind a bar.

The First True 1:1 Non-Alcoholic Aperitivo

Most non-alcoholic products in the aperitivo category take creative liberties with the format. NOMARO Aperitivo does not. Founded by Joshua Small, a 17-year-old French-raised, New York-trained chef and mixologist, NOMARO Aperitivo was created to honor the ritual and complexity of traditional Italian aperitivo culture, delivering the same flavor, structure, and functional behavior that operators expect, without the alcohol. It mixes into classic cocktails including Negronis and Spritzes using standard recipes and proportions, requiring no adjustments to ratios or technique.

"The Fancy Food Show is exactly the kind of stage NOMARO Aperitivo was built for," said Joshua Small, Founder and CEO. "This is where the industry comes to discover what is next. NOMARO Aperitivo is here because we have built something that truly belongs in the aperitivo category, and we are ready to show the trade what that means in the glass."

Designed for Professionals, Built for Every Occasion

NOMARO Aperitivo's primary target market is the professional on-premise channel, mixologists, beverage directors, and bar operators who want to offer non-alcoholic versions of their classic and signature aperitivo cocktails alongside the full-alcohol versions, using the same recipes they already know. Beyond the bar, NOMARO Aperitivo is also designed for discerning consumers who want to participate fully in aperitivo culture without alcohol, with no compromise on flavor or experience.

Members of the trade and press are invited to visit NOMARO Aperitivo at Booth 7106B for on-site tastings and a conversation with Joshua and the team. Off-site sample requests can be coordinated in advance through 1CCU PR.

Germinators 2026 Finalist

In addition to its Fancy Food Show debut, NOMARO Aperitivo has been named a finalist at Germinators 2026, the sixth annual Food & Beverage industry startup pitch competition hosted by the French American Chamber of Commerce, New York. Joshua Small will take the stage on Monday, June 29, 2026, pitching the brand's vision before a jury of investors, corporate leaders, and culinary experts. The event takes place at 3 West 51st Street, New York City, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
