NouBon is a new artisanal Caribbean-inspired snack brand that launched June 3rd, 2026. Founded by Haitian American sisters Pierrelande and Marie Saint Cyr, the brand brings a product line rooted in the bold, layered flavors of the Caribbean, made for food lovers who want something genuine, crafted with care, cultural pride, and real ingredients.
About NouBon
NouBon, Haitian Creole for “We Are Good,” was born from the belief that Caribbean food culture deserves a prominent place in the specialty food world. Pierrelande and Marie grew up immersed in the vibrant, spice-forward traditions of their heritage. What began as a deep appreciation for authentic Caribbean flavor has grown into a small-batch brand committed to quality, craft, and cultural celebration. Every product is made in small batches to preserve the integrity and character that defines NouBon.

Peanut Butters Available in three bold profiles: Ghost Pepper, Spicy Scotch Bonnet, and Sweet Peanut Spread. The spicy varieties are inspired by Manba, the beloved Haitian spiced peanut butter, with the additional flavors crafted as variations so everyone can find something they enjoy.
Snack Bags A snackable range featuring Coconut Clusters, Coconut Bites, Peanut Crunch, and Vanilla Fudge, inspired by the beloved street snacks and confections of the Caribbean. Many of these treats can be found across multiple islands, each with their own name and variation, reflecting the rich and diverse food traditions of the region.
