Ohio Businesses Shine at the Summer Fancy Food Show

Toledo, OH – The Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK) is pleased to attend the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show as part of the Incubator Village. For more than twenty years, NOCK has provided business and technical assistance to entrepreneurs and small food businesses. The impacts have been felt throughout northwest Ohio and beyond. Currently twenty-four operators utilize the resources provided to launch, scale, and grow their business. Participation in this show further exemplifies the quality and caliber of operators while providing an opportunity to introduce their products to a national audience.  Information pertaining to those within the Ohio showcase is noted below.

Stateline Sauces: A family-owned, Northwest Ohio based condiment company currently dedicated to flavor focused hot sauces without preservatives or artificial flavors. They went from Dad’s kitchen to retail shelves, in short order, thanks to the assistance of NOCK.

The Angry Italian Pasta Sauce is a Columbus, Ohio-based specialty food brand focused on creating premium pasta sauces with authentic Italian flavor. Using whole peeled tomatoes and a short list of carefully selected ingredients, the company crafts sauces that reflect the quality, simplicity, and tradition of homemade Italian cooking.

 Guac Shop has been a favorite in Ohio for years and now their Guac Prep guacamole seasoning, along with Guac Shop’s Taco Chips & Tortilla Chips bring the bold, addictive flavor of freshly made guac & chips to the home.

Royal Cravings is Ohio's Premier Roaster of Fine Almonds, Cashews, Pecans and Peanuts.  The peanuts were featured on QVC in 2024 and they currently ship across the country to great specialty shops and large retailers like Meijer and Beef Jerky Experience.  The focus is on delivering the best quality and over a dozen flavors of candied kettle cooked nuts to customers as they have done for over 22 years...one smile at a time.

Over 25 gourmet cookie flavors made with only premium ingredients and no added preservatives. From classic favorites to seasonal specialties—including gluten-free and vegan options—there’s perfect flavors for everyone. Each cookie is individually wrapped for freshness and crafted to delight every cookie lover!

Mr. Pickles Dillicious Lemonade launched in the summer of 2025, as the first product from Mr. Pickles Industries. This new beverage combines the tart, refreshing sweetness of lemonade and the bold, exciting flavor of pickles that surprises and delights. Mr. Pickles Industries continues to expand its offerings for the pickle lover in all of us. Whether it’s pickle-flavored food/drink items or Mr. Pickles-related merch, know that more fun is on the way!

We’re Foris, a small-scale maker of extraordinary meats. Our family works hand-in-hand with small farms and artisans to create the Midwest’s boldest expressions of flavor and texture. Founded in 2014 by chef James Forbes and his mother, Jane. Our products have been shipped nationwide and are regularly available throughout the Midwest, southeast and Northern California.

Grump & Aly’s is a husband-and-wife specialty sauce company from Northeast Ohio, built by former café owner Alyson Oser and her husband Gregg, the “Grump” on the label. The lineup launches with two small-batch favorites that started on Aly’s café menu: Smoke, a sweet and smoky chipotle BBQ sauce, and Toss, a tangy slaw and pasta salad dressing. Both are made with real, recognizable ingredients, and both are gluten-friendly, non-GMO, with no high-fructose corn syrup and no seed oils.
