Panaji Naan, the Edmonton-based naan bread company known for its soft, fluffy, flame-baked flatbreads, will debut two new Naan Mini flavours, Apple Cinnamon and Jalapeño Cheddar, at the Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place June 28 to 30, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City.
The new flavours bring Panaji’s playful, modern approach to naan into new eating occasions. Apple Cinnamon Minis are made with real apple, cinnamon, ghee butter and buttermilk, creating a naturally sweet naan designed for mornings, desserts and snacking. Jalapeño Cheddar Minis feature bold jalapeños, sharp cheddar cheese and tangy buttermilk, making them a savoury option for dips, chili, nachos and entertaining.
Panaji Naan will sample both new flavours at Booth #4601 throughout the three-day show. Jalapeño Cheddar was recently named an Alberta Food Processing Association (AFPA) Award winner in the Bakery category, an honour that recognizes quality and innovation across Alberta’s food industry.
