ROGERS COLLECTION UNVEILS NEW DISCOVERIES AT THE 2026 FANCY FOOD SHOW

Maine importer introduces new treasures from family estates, selected for one uncompromising standard: exceptional taste

YARMOUTH, Maine, June 18, 2026 — Rogers Collection, a Maine-based importer of estate-produced foods from around the world, will introduce several new additions to its acclaimed portfolio at the SFA’s Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City, June 28–30, 2026. The new offerings will be available for sampling at Booth #848.

Each new product was selected against a strict set of criteria — quality of ingredients, integrity of production, exceptional taste, and the dedication of the people behind the product. The result is a lineup that reflects Rogers Collection's longstanding commitment to sourcing food that stands out within its respective category for the utmost quality.

"Every product has to earn its place. We start with taste and let everything follow from there. The people behind these products work harder than most will ever know — and helping them bring their products to market is work I take seriously.” said Carrie Davenport, Managing Director at Rogers Collection.

Show attendees will be among the first in the U.S. trade to taste these new arrivals, with the Rogers Collection team on hand throughout the show to walk buyers through each producer and product’s story and answer questions about sourcing, pricing, and availability.

Istriana Mono-Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils — Istria, Croatia The Istriana Estate Blend evoo has dominated the award circuit. New for the US market from the 2025 harvest are two single-varietal expressions — Leccino and Rosignola —. Both feature updated bottles incorporating pigments from the soil in which each variety grows.

Cuadrat Valley — Catalonia, Spain New to both the US market and the broader extra virgin olive oil world, Cuadrat Valley is a single-varietal Arbequina producer from Catalonia. The estate recently earned the distinction of "Best Olive Oil Factory in Spain" — a meaningful recognition in the world's largest olive-producing country. Their flagship Fontfleurie is a well-balanced, expertly crafted EVOO suited for restaurant and home use alike. Also available for sampling: Elixir Despinyolada, one of the few pitted EVOOs on the market, featuring an intensified expression of the Arbequina olive.

Cascina Fiume Preserved Fruits — Piedmont, Italy Introduced to the Fancy Food Show last year for their preserved vegetables, Cascina Fiume returns with a new line of preserved fruits. Grown and preserved entirely on their Piedmont estate, each product incorporates local wines and is a standout for dessert applications. The lineup includes selections of apricots, pears, and cherries.

Kamā Fine Foods — Jordan Reintroduced to the Rogers Collection catalog last year after a multi-year hiatus, Kamā returns to the Fancy Food Show with new offerings not yet seen in the US market. Pickled Purslane and a Harissa Arabiya are set to bring distinctive flavors and heat to kitchens and restaurants across the country.

Azienda Agricola SUD Crusco Peppers — Basilicata, Italy Azienda Agricola SUD's Crusco Peppers feature the PGI Senise Pepper — grown exclusively on the foothills of Pollino National Park — a thin-skinned, sweet pepper with remarkably low water content that transforms into one of the region's most versatile culinary ingredients.
