Sud de France, the collective brand championing food and beverage producers from the Occitanie region of southern France, is proud to announce its participation in the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show with six carefully selected brands spanning retail and food service, a showcase of the region's extraordinary culinary depth and spirit of innovation.

For over 15 years, Sud de France has bridged Occitanie's artisan producers with the American market. This year's French Pavilion reflects the region's breadth: from a centuries-old truffle maison to breakthrough ready-to-bake technology, all united by an uncompromising commitment to quality, terroir, and craft.
