Showcase of 49 Top Producers Brings Flair, Flavor
NEW YORK (June19 2026) — Spain's vibrant culinary heritage will take center stage at the 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show, bringing the flavors, traditions, and innovation of one of the world's most celebrated food cultures to New York City. From June 28–30 at the Javits Center, Foods and Wines from Spain will showcase 49 producers in the Spain Pavilion, offering attendees an immersive taste of Spain's most iconic foods and beverages.
As American consumers increasingly embrace Mediterranean cuisine and premium imported products, Spanish food and beverage exports to the United States have nearly doubled over the past decade. The growing demand reflects a deep appreciation for Spain's commitment to quality, authenticity, and time-honored production methods.
Visitors to the Spain Pavilion will discover an exceptional range of products, including artisan cheeses, premium seafood, cured meats, olive oils, confections, preserves, honey, pickled specialties, premium tinned fish, ready-to-eat meals, and jamón Serrano .
Can't-miss foods this year include:
- Valgoa "Strangers" Spiced Hard Candy: A line of sugar-free, naturally spiced sweets created for adult palates using blends of real fruits, herbs, and spices

Among the highlights will be Spain's world-famous extra virgin olive oils. Producing nearly half of the world's olive oil, Spain remains the global leader in quality and innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample premium first-harvest, cold-pressed oils and learn from an industry expert during the Premium EVOO Tasting Masterclass on Tuesday, June 30, at 11 a.m., exploring the complexity, aromas and regional diversity that define Spain's finest oils.
Spanish cheese will also take center stage. With more than 200 varieties crafted from cow, sheep and goat milk, Spain's cheesemaking traditions reflect centuries of craftsmanship and the distinct character of its diverse landscapes. From smoked and aged cheeses to those rubbed with olive oil or seasoned with spices, each offers a unique expression of regional heritage.
The best of the best will be available to taste during a session on Sunday, June 28, "Spain's Cheeses: Discover Award-Winning Spanish Cheesemakers," fresh off the Cheese from Spain Awards 2026.
