Tannenbaum's Botanical Hot Sauces Celebrates National Hot Sauce Day with the Introduction of Four Flavors

Tannenbaum’s Botanical Hot Sauces celebrates January 22, 2022, National Hot Sauce, day with the introduction of four extraordinarily unique flavors:

  • Blueberry-Sumac Cinnamon
  • Pineapple-Rosemary-Turmeric
  • Red Pepper -Lemon Peel – Smoked Paprika
  • Strawberry-Basil-Mint. 

Tannenbaum’s Botanical Hot Sauces are all natural products with no artificial flavors or preservatives.  Made with whole fruit, apple cider vinegar and habanero peppers, these sauces are amazingly versatile as both an ingredient in chili, a topping on ice cream or cheesecake, and everything in between. 

Harvey Tannenbaum started making a fruit and habanero jelly after a co-worker left a pile of habanero peppers on his desk.  When those at work told Harvey that he should consider selling it, Harvey turned to Launch Kitchen Brands in Cincinnati to help develop the product into a uniquely flavorful hot sauce with beneficial herbs and spices. 

Tannenbaum’s is currently sold online and in several specialty stores in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  With a move from the commercial kitchen into factory production, there are big plans for the future with the intention of participating in the Specialty Food Association’s Fancy Food Show in New York this summer.
