Yarmouth, ME (June 26, 2026) – WATCHAREE'S®, creator of award-winning Thai sauces and meal solutions, will introduce two new gluten-free Thai noodle meal kits—Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 28–30, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. The company also announced that Stop & Shop will be the first major retailer to carry the new ready-to-eat meal kits.
Developed by founder and Thai culinary artist Watcharee Limanon, the new meal kits feature rice noodles, plant-based protein, red chili, and traditional Thai herbs and seasonings that capture the distinctive flavors of two of Thailand's most beloved noodle dishes. The additions expand WATCHAREEE'S growing lineup of convenient noodle meal kits, which also includes Peanut Noodles, Red Curry Noodles, and Coconut Curry Noodles.

WATCHAREE'S Thai noodle meal kits are available through retailers nationwide, including Costco, Stop & Shop, Hannaford, Giant Food, The Giant Company, Hy-Vee, Cub Foods, Brookshire's, Central Market, AJ's Fine Foods, and Yoke's Fresh Market. Stop & Shop will become the first retailer to offer the new Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles meal kits.
