Carbone Sauces Now Available at Whole Foods

Specialty Food Association

Specialty Food Association member brand Carbone Fine Food, a sauce line created by chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi, announced yesterday that its product is now available at select Whole Foods locations across the U.S.

Carbone and Torrisi are veterans of Italian food most known for the success of their Italian-American restaurant called Carbone, with locations in New York City, Dallas, Miami, Las Vegas, and Hong Kong. Their Fine Food product line followed suit shortly after.

"Carbone is thrilled to broaden our reach with Whole Foods Market," said Carbone Fine Food CEO, Eric Skae, in a statement. "As grocery sales continue to rise and consumers continue to eat at home more and more, Carbone offers restaurant-quality products for the home cook."

The following sauces are currently available for purchase at select Whole Foods: Marinara, Arrabbiata, and Tomato Basil.

"We are excited to see our sauces alongside some of the finest brands in grocery," said Chef Mario Carbone. "We take extreme care in choosing who we work with, from the farms in Italy to the teams that cook each jar of sauce, and we are honored to add Whole Foods Market to the fold."
