A New Model: Ecommerce to Retail

Specialty Food Association

Civilized Coffee expands Retail Product Placements

Las Vegas, NV (January 19, 2022) – Civilized Coffee is using their ecommerce success to fuel an expanding Retail footprint across North America. The Founders of Civilized Coffee will be exhibiting coffee and tea products at the Winter Fancy Food Show to showcase new product lines and Best Sellers.

Civilized Coffee has flipped the switch on the conventional craft food startup models. While craft foods traditionally focus on success in the local Grocery store then transition to growing their ecommerce. Civilized Coffee began with ecommerce to test products quickly and in a larger global market. Using that formula, they have garnered a devoted following for their premium coffee & teas worldwide.

“Our Instant Cold Brew Coffee & Tea Powders will be showcased at the What’s New in Specialty Foods 2022 display, we are so excited to get feedback from industry leaders and experts.” said Co-Founder Mark Patterson

Additionally, Civilized Coffee’s Best-Selling line of Espresso Powder (Rated #1 Espresso Powder by America’s Test Kitchen), currently sold in 1.75 oz & 6 oz jars, will also be available for preview in the new “Retail Only” 5 oz size

“…with our rapid growth we have been able to expand and make improvements to our production facilities to manage our current growth now and for the foreseeable future “said Jeff Norton, Co-Founder.

For those attending the Specialty Foods Event Civilized Coffee will be located in Booth # 4605 (map)

About Civilized Coffee

Civilized Coffee’s premium coffee & tea can be found online and in boutique retail locations throughout the US & Canada. Mark Patterson and Jeff Norton founded Civilized Coffee in 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida over a cup of coffee and a civilized conversation.

Coffee is a universal custom, thousands of years old yet always a new and invigorating experience. Someone once called coffee “the favorite drink of the civilized world.” We believe this tradition, borrowed, and shared across many cultures, has the power to unite and inspire. We hope our coffees are enjoyed over civilized conversations between friends both dear and different, all over the world.
