Bixby Chocolate Exhibiting at the Specialty Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show 2023

ROCKLAND, ME (June, 12, 2023) Bixby Chocolate will be exhibiting at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show, the largest B2B-only specialty food industry event in North America from June 25 through June 27. Bixby Chocolate will showcase its new sofi Award winning Beer Brittle, chocolate lobsters, bean to bar chocolate bars, and confections in Booth #1461.

Allagash Beer Brittle— Allagash Beer Brittle—a classic American candy made with craft beer from Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine.

Maine Grains Organic Oat Milk Bar—utilizing local Maine oats sourced from Maine Grains, this organic bar is an innovative vegan “milk” chocolate bar that won two 2023 sofi Awards.

Haiti Organic single origin Dark Chocolate Bar—crafted with organic cacao beans only from Haiti, this bar is 70% dark chocolate and a 2023 sofi Award winner.
