Charcuterie Enhancements to Debut at Show

Specialty food innoviations that can upgrade charcuterie boards and appetizer spreads are set to debut at the Winter Fancy Food Show, kicking off tomorrow in Las Vegas. 

Bonnie’s Jams will introduce a mini format for its pepper jams which now come in a single-serve 1.5-ounce jar. They are available in the brand’s staple Red Pepper Jelly, the recently added Blueberry Habanero, and a never-before-seen Peach Pepper Jelly. Bonnie's Jam said the spreads can add a pop to any cheeseboard.

“We’re excited for the launch of our new mini pepper jellies. It’s just the right size to take with you for a delicious treat on-the-go or for lunch, just add cheese and a couple of crackers,” said Allyson Holt, Bonnie’s Jams CMO in a statement. “And, we think it provides for new opportunities for food service, in-house catering, and gift baskets.” Bonnie's Jams can be found at booth 759.

Ronda’s Fine Foods’ will introduce Middle Eastern-inspired muhammara. The recipe originates from Aleppo, Syria, and incorporates pomegranate, walnuts, roasted red peppers, Aleppo peppers, sumac, and olive oil into its blend.

“Our goal in expanding our internationally inspired line of family recipes, is to offer consumers a delicious, elevated convenience, in a healthy, like-homemade way,” said Ronda Brittian, co-founder of Ronda’s Fine Foods, in a statement.

The brand's latest offering can be sampled at booth 3335.

Baked goods maker The Sweetery is set to launch Bourbon Buddies, filling out its line of baked goods aimed at pairing with alcohol. The snack incorporates the flavors of ginger, pumpkin, and vanilla.

"We are thrilled to introduce Bourbon Buddies," said Ryan Jarahian, manager at The Sweetery, in a statement. "We believe that these delicious treats perfectly capture the essence of our brand and will leave a lasting impression on all who indulge in them. The product can be found at booth 1305. Other offerings in the line include Wine Sticks and Beer Buddies.
