(Fredericksburg, TX - June 7, 2022) - Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods has launched a new line of Texas-inspired cocktail mixes under the Dietz Distillery Brand. Dietz Distillery is the new enterprise opened by Case Dietz Fischer, Jr., son of Fischer & Wieser CEO, Case D. Fischer.
“We’re thrilled to enter the rapidly growing cocktail mix category with our hand-crafted recipes”, Fischer said. “Our line is truly unique by pairing our favorite Texas cocktail recipes with iconic state destinations.”
Each label features an iconic Texas landmark with cocktail recipes and suggested uses. Try a “Seawall Sipper” with Watermelon Mint inspired by Galveston Island or a “Smokey Pom Paloma” with citrus nods to the Rio Grande Valley.
The non-alcohol cocktail mix line is comprised of seven 16-ounce varieties that include Pomegranate Grapefruit, Lime Ginger, Passionfruit Mango, Watermelon Mint, Orange Serrano, Prickly Pear Habanero, and Peach Jalapeño.
The small-batch mixes have varying degrees of heat that are made with pure cane sugar and 100% real fruit juice from Texas-sourced limes, prickly pears, grapefruits, and peaches.
It’s extremely versatile, pair with your favorite spirits or add sparkling water or a complimentary flavored soda for a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage.
Fischer & Wieser will debut the line at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York during June 12-14, 2022. The products will be available for distribution on July 1, 2022.
