Hartsdale, NY (September 23, 2021) – Krystina Murawski, Owner and Founder of Noomi® [new-me], was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Consumer Products category in the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run—worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards. Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Registration for the ceremony is now on sale.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories. Murawski won in the Female Entrepreneur of the Year category; she was recognized in the consumer products industry for her achievements through Noomi®, the organic peanut butter company and lifestyle brand she founded in April 2018.

“When I look back at last year, there were no doubt challenges for all businesses. The ripple effect is something we are still feeling to this day,” said Murawski. “But in spite of everything that’s been thrown our way, from glass and ingredient shortages to natural disasters, the small business community has really stuck together. Our customers have continued to shop local to support us, and Noomi® is having its best year yet! This award is a meaningful reminder of the success we’re possible of achieving if we remember the ‘why’ we started—and just keep going.” To learn more about Noomi®, visit www.noomibrand.com.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries. One of the judges describes Murawski’s success with Noomi® as “visionary leadership for eco-conscious, life-enhancing product line with sustainable growth, increased brand awareness and remarkable retail expansion.” Another adds, the product is “one to watch.”

Maggie Gallagher Miller, president of the Stevie Awards, said, “We thought the remarkable stories of achievement we saw in last year’s awards couldn’t be topped, but we were wrong. Women-owned and -run organizations have contributed significantly to the increase in innovation and entrepreneurial activity we’ve seen globally since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The nominations submitted are inspiring, humbling, and motivating. We congratulate all of our winners and look forward to celebrating them.”
