MONTI TRENTINI's new logo finally makes its debut at a trade show together with some new recipes.

Deerfield, Illinois – (January 31, 2022): Monti Trentini continues its mission to gather Italian flavors and bring distinct and authentic Alpine Italian flavors to the United States.  The 2022 Winter Fancy Food Show will be the first in-person show after more than two years for Monti Trentini and it is the perfect time for the company’s new logo to make its debut. New products and flavors will also be presented at the company’s booth #3520. 

The new logo was presented in December of 2019 but unfortunately could not be celebrated. Some elements of the old logo were kept unaltered as they were the key identifiers of the brand. In fact, the logo has kept the traditional dark green color and the hiking cow. It has now a circular shape with the “M” of Monti Trentini that recalls a mountain to closer link the brand to its identity as an importer of Cheese from the Mountains.

“With our new company look, we are also proud to announce that with we will expand the assortment of our “Mountain Cheese” products line, handcrafted in the Alps, in the Trentino and Veneto regions of Italy. We will include in our offer products like Mountain Asiago’s with different ages and their Unique taste and characteristic (Fresco, Stagionato & Vecchio” said Stefano Viero, General Manager of the company.

Together with the new logo Monti Trentini will also present a new recipe for its loved caciotta cheese which comes in different sizes that adjust to the peculiarities of the different market segments.

Monti Trentini is a family-owned company whose journey started in 1925 when the great-grandfather first started to produce cheese. Through the years the company has grown thanks to constant innovation and investments in technology.
