Nowhere Bakery Transforms the Dessert Landscape with Award-Winning, Gut-Friendly Treats

Los Angeles, CA – June 15, 2023 – Nowhere Bakery, award-winning maker of indulgent gluten-free desserts, announces its tradeshow debut at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City. Known locally as "The Cool Kids" of clean-label sweet treats, and beloved by wellness-savvy celebrities like actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Nowhere Bakery's allergy-friendly cookies and brownies will be introduced to industry tastemakers and buyers in a bid to expand the brand's distribution footprint beyond the West Coast. 

A woman-founded and minority-owned company, Nowhere Bakery is proud to be one of ten emerging brands selected to exhibit at the Fancy Food Show as part of a biannual Cohort representing (included) CPG, a community of BIPOC founders dedicated to amplyfing underrepresented voices in food and beverage. Launched from a modest two-bedroom apartment in Los Angeles, Nowhere Bakery began as a culinary love letter between husband and wife team, Saphira and Maurizio Rasti. Saphira's history of food intolerances and digestive sensitivity and Maurizio's no-holds-barred sweet tooth left the couple frustrated by the lack of treats they could share together. Dozens of batter-filled nights later, Saphira's gluten-free, dairy-free twist on the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie was such a hit with friends, family and Maurizio that Nowhere Bakery was officially born.

Crafted with gut-friendly, minimally processed ingredients and zero refined sugars, Nowhere Bakery's cookies feature nourishing foods like creamy almond butter, organic cassava flour and organic dark chocolate chips sweetened with low-glycemic coconut sugar. Each batch is stored and shipped frozen to ensure that customers enjoy a bakery-fresh texture and flavor with every bite. All Nowhere Bakery products, which include convenient, individually wrapped cookies, brownies and blondies, are dairy and egg free, gluten free, grain free and soy free.
