Fresh, all-natural ingredients add crunch to summer salads

Brandon, Vt. (June 2023) – Family-run bakery, Olivia’s Croutons, is introducing a new product to its classic line of croutons and stuffings at the New York Summer Fancy Food Show. Their booth (#5929) will highlight the following:

- New and inclusive, Gluten Free Sea Salted Croutons, made with sunflower oil, complete with a clean and simple flavor profile, free of major allergens
- Top seller Gluten Free Garlic Croutons with three whole grain flours and fresh herbs
- Favorite toppers, Butter & Garlic, and Parmesan Pepper
- And, for those planning ahead, the Cornbread Stuffing, Traditional Stuffing, and Gluten Free Stuffing, available in September, offer rustic bread pieces with a flavorful mouthful

Gluten-Free Sea Salted is the newest addition to the Olivia’s Croutons family, which is an excellent staple to incorporate throughout this summer’s recipes. Sea Salted will be the star of potlucks, featuring the taste of “croutons you would make yourself if you had the time.”

“We are eager to bring more to the gluten-free customer,” says Francie Caccavo, Founder Co-Owner. “I wanted to eliminate allergens as much as possible, taking egg out of the bread, and eliminating garlic and sorghum. Gluten-Free Sea Salted Croutons have a simple profile for a clean, neutral addition to salads, cooking, or making into a breadcrumb. Add them to a simple arugula salad with your choice of vegetables and a refreshing lemon dressing!” Sea Salted Croutons do not contain any of the nine major allergens, as described by the FDA. This item will be available to sample at the Fancy Food Show and in the market in August 2023.
