Wooller and Sità have spent several decades working in the food industry, and have together been collaborators since 2009 beginning at Grandi Pastai Italiani S.p.A. In 2018, with both now living in the United States and having diversified their entrepreneurial experience, the pair officially partnered to found W&S Foods Co. (formerly Nocca, Inc.). In short order, the company brought the acclaimed gnocchi brand, Nocca, to market in the United States. Pranzo was born in 2023 out of the two founders’ desire to allow American consumers the opportunity to experience authentic, Italian-imported packaged food at an affordable price.

To celebrate Pranzo’s launch, Chef Leonardo Palazzo, an internationally trained chef-instructor at Eataly Flatiron, will be showcasing both Pranzo and Nocca products at the Fancy Food Show as he prepares a selection of Italian favorites for attendees, such as simple dinner ideas and much more.
