Promise Holdings (Promise) recently acquired Annabelle Candy, purveyor of iconic candy brands such as Big Hunk and Abba-Zaba and continues to grow with its acquisition of SGF. Promise is hyper-focused on profitable growth and brings over 75 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. The Promise team brings a wealth of operational expertise, as well as “The Promise CMO Suite”, which features a strong distribution network, and superior digital and brick & mortar sales and marketing capabilities. Accordingly, the combined leadership team truly believes this is a “value-add win” and we possess all the resources necessary to take SGF and the Dilettante brand to the next level. Finally, the new ownership group is becoming certified as an MBE (Minority Owned Enterprise) and expects to complete that certification process within 6 months, which will open added opportunities for expansion of the business!
