Seen at the Winter Show, Day 3

The final day of the Winter Fancy Food Show in Las Vegas revealed more new products and innovations on display. Following are some examples spotted by the editors of SFA News Daily:

• Chutnefy 5-Second Condiments comes in granule format that users simply add water to and pour. The company also offers soups in four varieties.

• Venice Beach Beverage has Vitamin Iced Teas that contain 13 essential vitamins and are available in five flavors: Ginger, Ginger & Turmeric, Black Cherry, Peach, and Lemon. 

• Sartori Cheese is introducing two new flavored cheddars, sriracha and Italian Herb Cheddar.

• Tam’s Sweets Soft Brittle combines the texture of brittle with the smoothness of nut butter for a crumbly cookie-like brittle. 

• Karoun Dairies introduces a traditional Mediterranean-style Labne is three flavors: original, tzatziki, and chipotle and a Masala Paneer cheese under its Gopi brand, available in 8- and 14-ounce sizes.

• Pink Wagon Foods Pickled Pink Onions are made from onions sourced in the Pacific Northwest with no added color or preservatives and less than 1 gram of sugar per serving. 

• Tempo Granola is vegan, gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free, and a prebiotic source. Available in three flavors: Apricot Coconut Clusters, Cranberries, Pecans & Almonds, Chocolate Cashew Clusters. 

• The Invisible Chef debuts new baking mixes, including Gingerbread Cinnamon Chip Pancake and Waffle Mix, Chili and Cornbread Starter Kit, and Rainbow Sprinkle Cookie Bar and four other varieties. 

• Salute Sante Merlot Grapeseed Flour is ground from press cake left over from the company’s oil making process. The flour can be used for sweet or savory baked goods, including focaccia, pasta, and pizza or sprinkled over yogurt. It is rich in antioxidants, calcium, and potassium.
