BENSALEM, PENN. – June 1, 2022 -- The Greater Knead, maker of uniquely delicious gluten-free/top 9 allergen-free New York-style bagels, will present its new, fast-growing product line of soft pretzel nuggets, along with refreshed packaging, as a first-time exhibitor at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 12-14, at the Javits Center in New York City (Booth #7448). 

The Greater Knead’s soft, chewy New York-style bagels and soft pretzel nuggets with a classic pretzel crust are made with all-natural, premium ingredients and are Non-GMO Project Verified, certified gluten-free, top 9 allergen-free, vegan, and kosher. They are free from wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.

The gluten-free soft pretzel nuggets are available in four flavors:

Classic – The traditional soft baked pretzel nugget is warm and chewy on the inside with a delightful crust. It pairs perfectly with your favorite mustard, hummus, or even a plant-based dip of choice. A salt packet is included to apply just the right amount of salty goodness.

Cinnamon Sugar – For the sweetie who seeks a balanced combination of sugar, cinnamon, and doughy delights, these are perfect as is or a delectable treat with chocolate fondue or honey. A cinnamon and sugar packet is included for applying as little or as much sweet seasoning as your heart desires.

Everything – Savory with a blend of seasoned perfection from a light mix of poppy, garlic, and onion that won’t overpower, these pretzels are inspired by the flavors of an Everything bagel.

Spicy Buffalo –The newest gluten-free flavor features a seasoned buffalo-style doughy nugget. It includes a seasoning packet to apply as little or as much mild yet zesty hot sauce that will wake up your taste buds.

The Greater Knead’s gluten-free soft pretzel nuggets go from the freezer into the oven or air fryer for just 6-8 minutes, making an ideal snack for adults and children watching their favorite TV series, movie, sporting events at home, or anytime snack.

The new soft pretzels are sold online at TheGreaterKnead.com, in the frozen aisle at Meijer, Wegmans, and Price Chopper, and are coming soon to Wakefern/Shoprite stores, Whole Foods Market Mid-Atlantic, and independent health food stores in the Northeast. More retailers are anticipated across the country this fall/winter. The suggested retail price for the pretzels is $8.49 per 4.93 oz. frozen package. The Greater Knead New York-style gluten-free bagels, bagel chips, and new soft-baked pretzels are sold in approximately 1,200 distribution points, primarily in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region and the Midwest. The bagels are sold at Whole Foods Market Mid-Atlantic, Wegmans, Shoprite, Weiss, Kings/Balducci’s, Mom’s Organic, Meijer, and more. The new package design for the bagels will flow through later this year.
