The Spice Lab Adds Nom Nom Paleo Line of Asian Spice Powders

Pompano Beach, FL – Timed to coordinate with the release of Michelle Tam’s third cookbook Nom Nom Paleo: Let’s Go!, The Spice Lab now blends and distributes her expanded line of Asian-influenced seasoning powders. Choose from four individual blends, a Nom Nom Paleo seasoning collection and an exclusive premium set of the spices and the new cookbook available on line at www.spices.com. The spice powders also are available for retail distribution. The selection includes:

Umami Stir-fry Powder – Blend of shitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger and green onion.

Co-creator of the award-winning Nom Nom Paleo universe, Chef Michelle Tam along with her husband, lawyer and illustrator Henry Fong, have built a foodie cult following with their quirky all-things-paleo blog, podcasts, website and cookbooks: New York Times best-selling Nom Nom Paleo: Food for Humans; Ready or Not!; and the new Nom Nom Paleo: Let’s Go!.
