Top 14 Allergen-Free Brownies "That Don't Taste Like Cardboard" to Debut At The 67th Summer Fancy Show!

Milwaukee, WI (May 31, 2023) – The Pink Bakery, Inc. (TPB) will be exhibiting at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show from June 25th to the 27th at the Javits Center in New York City. The first premium top allergen-free baking mix company in the US will be making its debut as part of the 2023 Incubator Village thanks to its long-standing relationship with Oregon State University’s Food Innovation Center.

“I started The Pink Bakery because I am 1 of the 85 million Americans who are negatively impacted by food allergies. I’m severely allergic to milk and wheat! I taught myself how to bake allergen-free because the dessert options presented to me weren’t cutting it. If you’ve ever had old-school gluten-free and vegan anything, you know they had weird textures and tasted nasty. Seriously, who wants to eat that??”, Nubian Simmons, owner of TPB said.

The Pink Bakery’s culinary creations transcend the ordinary and invite you on a voyage to the exotic realms of cocoa, and ancient grains which embody a symphony of flavors, textures and visual splendor!

Their most popular premium baking mix, the famous No Frownie Brownie® will be on display and baked samples will also be available for tasting.

“Our initial offerings were baked goods sold at the farmers' market. In 2020, we pivoted to provide small-batch professional-grade premium top allergen-free mixes to food service chefs. As their allergen-free food service partner, we provide our clients with products that take the guesswork out of allergen-safe baking,” Simmons said.

You can try the delicious famous No Frownie Brownie® at Booth #IV26.
