Two River Mushroom will be exhibiting at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2023

We will be debuting our newest Value Added Products.  One of them is our Mushroom Broth.

Two River Mushroom Broth! “Stir It. Sip it. Soup It” 100% Vegan! Sugar Free! No Sodium Added! Immune Support, Joint Health Support, Brain Support, Nootropic Health - Organic!

Our team at TRM is so excited to share this with everyone! We started this project several years ago! Working with the local food scientists at Rutgers Food Innovation lab, then onto the UNC Food Innovation Lab where we were able to fine tune our recipe and process. Currently, we are scaling our recipe and procedure at a co-packer to give us the ability to supply all of our area's finest retail outlets with the BEST Mushroom Broth in the Country!

This mushroom Broth is made with our Organic Lion's Mane and Shiitake Mushrooms along with 20 other amazing ingredients leading to a broth that has a beautiful, savory, nutty umami flavor! Delicious as a sipping drink, it can also be used wherever you would typically use stock, such as making soups and cooking grains. It pairs well with everything, from simple miso soups to being used as a base for vegetarian gravy!

Functional Mushrooms have been used for thousands of years to support immune health and promote overall wellness! And consuming these fiber and protein-packed nutrients is nothing new. But now, Two River Mushroom has created a new culinary use in a new delicious form; Mushroom Broth! This Broth is made with Simple, High- Quality Ingredients you can recognize and pronounce….No Preservatives. Not Watered Down!

We are absolutely thrilled to share this with all of you who continue to support our vision of growing high quality USDA Organic mushrooms for the passionate, knowledgeable, and creative chef or home cook who desires only the finest ingredients! Stay Tuned!
