Wildway Co-Founder and CEO Earns 12 Under 12 Young Alumni Spotlight

January 21, 2020 — Each year, Texas A&M University’s Association of Former Students puts out a global search for the top 12 alumni that graduated within the last 12 years to celebrate their outstanding accomplishments in business and philanthropy. This year, Wildway Co-Founder and CEO Kelli Koehler joins that coveted list, as she is recognized as a 12 Under 12 Alumni and a core example of the university’s values of excellence, integrity, leadership, loyalty, respect, and selfless service.

“My experiences from both inside and outside of the classroom as a class of 2008 Texas A&M University graduate have shaped my life. For this, I am forever grateful. The values that A&M holds dear have been benchmarks for how I have built and run Wildway, and the ways I choose to get involved in my community,” said Koehler.

Since graduation, Koehler has amassed success as she’s turned the idea of Wildway into a multi-million dollar company that retails nationwide. With Koehler at the helm, Wildway was named one of nine companies chosen out of 700 to take place in the Chobani Food Incubator, a program launched to mentor and support entrepreneurs disrupting and improving high-potential food categories in the U.S., and named a top 10 emerging food and beverage company in the PepsiCo Incubator.

In her San Antonio, TX community, Koehler serves as a CASA Volunteer to advocate in court on behalf of children living in foster care as a result of neglect or abuse and has led numerous efforts to give back by raising thousands of dollars and support annually for organizations like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Special Olympics, and Toys for Tots.
