The additional equipment and personnel will allow for increased production capacity and exponential growth. This expansion is well timed as Witzi’s will be a first-time exhibitor at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show, June 25-27, New York, New York. “I started making granola for my family, in particular my youngest son with autism. At that time, few people were talking about gluten and microbiomes”, said Amy Witzigreuter, Founder and Owner. “I had to really dig to find ways to improve my son’s diet. Among many things, I learned about the health benefits from soaking and dehydrating nuts. That’s when I created a granola everyone loved. We’re delighted by the feedback and interest in our products.”
