We feature artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, beer, wine, and sundries (preserves, honeys, oils, vinegars, chocolates, crackers, etc). While we know "artisanal" is a tough word to define, we choose it to mean products that are touched by hands in the process and are generally made according to traditional practices. While we don't craft cheese, our job is to craft stories, linking the consumers and the producers so that they have a better appreciation for the artisan nature of the product. Our cheese case has about 100 cheeses in it, about 70%+ of which are domestic. Our charcuterie case is 100% domestic. For many of the goods we feature, we were the first retailer to sell them, or the first for them to ship out of state to.
