“We look forward to experiencing the innovation SOLARA ESTATE and their fellow exhibitors bring to the 2026 Summer Show,” said Bill Lynch, president of the Specialty Food Association (SFA). “The food buying community knows that this show always delivers the newest and best our industry has to offer, including specialty food and beverage product launches they won’t find anywhere else.”
“As a family estate, we created SOLARA ESTATE with a clear mission: to bring everyday wellness to the table through an exceptional extra virgin olive oil from the mineral-rich foothills of the Andes,” said a company spokesperson. “Produced in the high hills of Argentina, our EVOO reflects the character of the land it comes from: vibrant, balanced, and naturally peppery. Every step, from grove to harvest to milling, is guided by our commitment to quality, flavor, and authenticity. We believe people deserve an olive oil that elevates everyday cooking into a flavorful ritual of self-care, while offering a distinctive sensory profile and meaningful nutritional value.”
The 2026 Summer Fancy Food Show returns to the Javits Center from June 28-30 and will feature thousands of specialty foods and beverages from global makers. Participants will also gain access to real-time insights from the SFA Trendspotter Panel, educational programming and panels across two stages, fresh networking opportunities and events, and the Debut District area featuring first-time exhibitors, brand-new products, incubators, and startups.
