Target Adds More Than 1,000 Wellness Items

Target said Wednesday that it is introducing more than 1,000 affordable wellness-related products to support customers on their wellness journey. Products include better-for-you and functional beverages, products aimed at aiding hydration, and nutritional supplements.

"Wellness has been redefined to encompass a more holistic way of living—and it's also different for every person," said Rick Gomez, EVP and chief food, essentials, and beauty officer at Target, in a statement. "That's why Target is delivering like no other retailer, offering guests the ultimate destination to support their wellness journey, whether that's enjoying a non-alcoholic beverage from Sechey or stocking up on Bloom to get their daily greens.”

The retailer has also launched an online wellness destination on its website with ideas, products, meal inspiration, and deals.

Target said that it will be exclusively stocking some of the latest offerings, including products from non-alcoholic makers Ghia and Sechey, and its private label line Good and Gather.

The retailer is also stocking hydration powders from Liquid IV, probiotics from O Positiv, and nutritional supplements from Bloom, Hum, and Podium. The grocer will continue to source protein bars from Quest.
