Quicklly, an online marketplace for Indian and South Asian groceries and meals, has expanded its footprint to serve customers in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area. This follows a $1.27 million pre-seed funding round.
Now, New Jersey and New York stores and restaurants including Apna Bazar, Dmart, Minar Halal Meat, Rajbhog, and Bikanervala are available for pickup or delivery through Quicklly's website and app.
Quicklly is on track to have more than 150 small businesses on its digital platform by the end of 2021, including grocery stores and restaurants across New York and New Jersey as well as the greater Chicago and San Francisco Bay area.
"At our core, our mission is to leverage the power of our technology to give small and family-owned grocery and food businesses a simple and scalable way to offer their best to their customers," said Keval Raj and Pahwa Hanish, Quicklly's co-founders, in a statement. "Through our digital storefronts, customer-friendly interface, same-day delivery, and lower fee structure, we are now helping Indian and South Asian businesses across the country connect with their customers."
