Chef Mario Carbone Will Serve Meatballs On Sunday, June 12

And Chef Rich Torrisi Will Serve Tortellini On Monday, June 13

NEW YORK CITY, NY – JUNE 6, 2022 – Carbone Fine Food Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi will conduct cooking demonstrations and provide delicious bites for guests of the 2022 Summer Fancy Foods Show, held at the Jacob K. Javits Center in NYC, June 12-14. Attendees are invited to visit Carbone Fine Food at Booth #7127 to sample Mario’s famous meatballs and Rich’s incredible tortellini.

- At 2:30pm on Sunday, June 12 acclaimed Chef Mario Carbone will make his famous meatballs, using his namesake line of pasta sauce. Guests can enjoy meatballs, sip wine, and chat with Mario! 

- At 2:30pm on Monday, June 13 Chef Rich Torrisi will serve his incredible tortellini, dressed in delicious Carbone pasta sauce. Join us for bites, great conversation, and, of course, wine!
